In this thesis, ferrocenyl phosphine-containing compound as chiral ligand was synthesized from readily available natural L-proline. The studies on the chiral ligand for the application in the catalytic asymmetric addition of dimethylzinc to the activated imines were carried out.The synthesis of chiral ferrocenyl phosphine-containing ligand and the application in the asymmetric addition of dimethylzinc to the imines bearing different activating groupsStarting from L-proline and ferrocenoyl chloride, chiral ferrocenyl phosphine-containing ligand was synthesized. The combination of chiral ligand and Cu(OTf)2 was used to promote the asymmetric addition of dimethylzinc to N-sulfonylimines and good enantioselectivity was obtained. Under the optimized condition, the asymmetric addition to N-sulfonylimines affording the corresponding products were obtained in 72.4% ee and in yield up to 90%.
