Pilot Studies On The Application Of Chemical Materials In The Biologic Bacterium Preparation

Though single biologic bacterium preparation had obvious effect under the control environment, the inhibition activity would descend because the biological species couldn't to be dominant when put into the soil.The purpose of combination some chemistry and chemical materials with antagonism bacterium is to improving microenvironment and keeping its high active state.In this paper the pathogen parasites of banana yellow leaf or blight diseases [Fusarium oxysporum f. cubense (E.F.Smith) Snyder et Hasen] were isolated and identified. Combined with the Bacillus licheniformis isolated from the soil around diseased banana produced the biologic bacterium preparation by improving chemistry and chemical materials and optimizing its composition. By tree times field experiment, got the conclusions as following:1. The isolation and identification of pathogen parasites of banana yellow leaf or blight diseasesBacterium of banana yellow leaf or blight diseases (Fusarium oxysporum f. cubense) were isolated and purified. The pathogeny bacterium was inoculated into plates and tube for observing its growth, the change of clone color and the diameter cultured for 4 days. The size of big spores, small spores, chlamydospores and the cell growth spores were measured by microscope. Then the parasite was compared with Fusarium Oxysporum f. cubense (E.F.Smith). The results showed it was Fusarium oxysporum.2. The isolation and identification of Bacillus Licheniformis28 strains of Bacillus licheniformis were separated from the soil around root of the diseased bananas in Xieji town Gaozhou, Guangdong province and its characters and formation were analyzed. The antagonism effect of the 20~# and 21~# Bacillus licheniformis were better than others by many experiments results. Their characters measured by scanning electron microscope were similar to references [2].3. The biocontrol effect of banana yellow leaf diseaseThe biologic bacterium preparations were made by modified chemistry and chemical materials with the antagonistic strain. The experiment results showed the two bacteria preparations could control the parasite (Fusarium oxysporum.). Therefore, could resolve the problem of banana yellow leaf disease and enhance the yield of banana.4. The application foreground of chemistry pesticide and chemical materialsChemicals brought pollution to the environment and broke up the balance of ecology, life safety was directly threatened but it could not be abandoned or stopped. Chemicals or pesticides of lowest toxin, lowest resides, lowest cost and highest efficient have wide application foreground.
