As the competition in Chinese textile market becomes more and more fiecer,the production and application of new loom develop increasingly,the productivity gradually stepped up and order sheet Constantly come out in large quantities, Some sources of batch warping machine can't meet the requirement for some texitile mills. Therefore, high-speed batch warping machine is needed. Because of high-speed,high productivity, suitable for large quantities, the batch warpping machine is welcomed But as a relatively new machine,little information about it is available. Now only two companies, Beninger in Switzerland and Karl-Mayer in German, can make it. Though some civil factories try hard to make it, the technology was backward and the enterprise scale is small. Presently, Some key questions are waiting to be resolved for batch warping machine , especialy for the uniformity of warp yarn tension.This paper have studied and analyzed the principles of batch warping machine,the types of creel,the structure and function of main parts, Mathmatic model for unwinding ,relations between balloon shape and yarn tension , influencing factors of single yarn and multiple yarn, Then raise the directions of batch warping machine:high-speed, large diameter packages, perfect yarn quality, the uniformity of yarn tension, excellent labor protection,convenient adjustor and screen,yarn weavability. Afterwards,it does experiments on some key problems and raises some solving measures ,The main content is:(1 )Mathematic models for yarn unwinding and boundary conditions. Influencing factors in slipping region,transient response of free balloon and nonliear unwinding is analyzed. In the end, the dynamic and kinetic models and boundary conditions are bulit.(2)Spacial shape of yarn. The balloon is divided into three regions. The region 3 does little contribution to the unwinding tension,the friction between yarn and package can't be neglected in the region 2,the variety of balloon shapes influence yarn tension in the region 1, air resistance is positive to single yarn tension. In addition,effects of region 1 and region 2 to yarn unwinding tension depend on external conditions and surroundings.(3)Single yarn tension. The dimension of package,yarn winding mode,warp speed,yarn guide length,prescribed yarn tension ,parameters of yarn itself and air resistance do great influence on the single yarn tension. We can change the yarn guide length and warp speed to make the yarn tension even. This paper also suggest that it is necessary to design a kind of kenetic yarn guide eye.(4)Multiple yarn tension. During high-speed batch warping, friction and suspending tension compared with air resistance can be neglected.Therefore,yarn poteye and thread-carrier rod should be neglected in order to avoid from the destroy of frictional point to yarn itself.In a word,this paper points a way for designing new batch warping machine,and it also offers a theory base and research methods to study in the future.
