Several chitosans of different Deacetylation and molecular weigh were made by microwave technology in this thesis. The experiments showed that microwave powers had some effects on the Deacetylation of chitosan. Several chitosan membranes with molecular weight of 680,000 and D.D (Degree of Deacetylation) of 90 percent were prepared. Their properties: such as crystal property, ultra structure mechanical property, swelling property, flux and rejection rating were studied. The results indicated that the properties of different membranes were correlative with the concentration of casting membrane solution. The rejection rating was inferior to that of two concentration of casting membrane solution, but the flux was more excellent. The properties of chitosan membranes were considered to be dependent on their crystal property and ultra structure.Chitosan ultra filtrating compound membrane filled with activated carbon was prepared. The membrane blended with PEG400 was used to treat bathing wastewater. The condition of membrane preparation was analyzed, including the number of activated carbon, the concentrations of casting membrane solution and the PEG400 solution. The results showed that, under the experimental conditions, the new composite membrane were better than CS membrane in permeation and rejection rating.Ultra filtration membrane was employed for removing of COD and turbidity in the bathing wastewater. As a result, the COD could be removed over 65%, and the turbidity could be removed 100%. The operated pressureΔP=0.02MP was selected, and the gel layer model of disposing wastewater was found, the equation wasΔP/(μ·JW)=0.00347×1014V+3.35685×1014.
