While the charge explosion under the water, it takes two parts of pressure, one part is the hydraulic pressure, the other part is the outer pressure of the gas. The hydraulic pressure is related to the depth of the charge, according as the physics theory, every 10 m depth pressure of the water equal to 1 atm..The paper utilizing the self-designed simulated deep water explosion pressure vessel as the basic experimental equipment. In the highest extension of the explosion pressure vessel, insure the charge completely detonation, through fix the depth of the charge under the water surface, change the outer gas pressure (from 0.0 MPa -1.5 MPa , one change unit as 0.1 MPa) to simulate the different deep water surroundings, utilizing the under water blasting testing system to study the charge explosion under the different pressure , through study the shock wave pressure, the shock wave specific energy , the bulb pulsation period, the bulb wave specific energy ,to educe the total energy .The study result indicated, under the testing condition, don't consider the change of the water temperature, along with the change simulated depth added, the shock wave specific energy linearity change with the water depth, the line slope is very little, that the influence of depth change to the shock wave specific energy is negligible; Along with the simulated depth added, the bulb wave specific energy is reduced, the line slope is very little. The theory and the testing result of the bulb pulsation period have some error, perhaps it is the limited water area caused, the fact need future research. The total energy trend and the bulb wave specific energy trend is appropriately equal, which lead to the total energy linearity reduced. The line slope is: -0.00193, the reduce range is very little, it is can be negligible.
