With treatment of urban sewage service development, the output of municipal sludge keeps increasing. Disposition and recycling have aroused people's interesting. Because of higher moisture percentage, perishability, effluvium, inconvenience for transportation and application, and people's susceptibility to pathogen, sludge is necessary to dispose in decrement, harmless, stability and resource. In order to resolve dehydrated sludge question of Guiyang City Sewage Treatment Plant, research team carried on the thermophilic aerobic composting experiment and sought the way of sludge-organisms disposition. "thermophilic aerobic fermentation" can accelerate the decomposition, which causes the organics decompose again into the mineral substance in the short period. Through the way, sludge becomes health, stable and decreased.Paper carried on experiment based on conditions of sewage treatment technology in wayof thermophilic aerobic composting.We choose deadevel binstatic-fermentation warehouse which longxwidthxhigh = 2.0m×2.0m×2.0m,through orthogonal experiment, we research the feasibility and parameter. According to the indicators' variation regularity and technology character, paper proposed indicators of technical control and product evaluation. Obtain the following results:1. Best technical parameters group: A2: materials ratio 2ndlevel 78; 20: 2, c2: moisture percentage 2nd level 72%; B3: ventilation: 3rdlevel 120 m~3/h2. The highest temperature achieved 72℃, stage of high temperature above 55°C last 3days.3. PH range is 6-9 in the composting process, so we need not adjust the composts' PH.4. Composts' fertilizer efficiency is better than farmyard manure through the land experiment, and heavy metals in the alkali soil all don't exceed the standard. Other nutritive elements are matched or appended, compost can make fine compound fertilizer.The research proofs that urban dehydrated sludge disposition in thermophilic aerobic composting technical way is feasible, which can realize the sludge becoming health, stabile and decreasing. Paper can provide technical support for sewage sludge converting compound fertilizer with annual output 3000 tons project of XiaoHe Sewage Treatment Plant.
