By laboratory simulation and throw the Copper into the manual water environmental where the Carassius auratus gibelio are living. Researched the law of accumulation of Copper in fish Carassius auratus gibelio and the effection of Copper in it's viscera by accumulate. Revealed the dynamic law of accumulation of single heavy metal in Carassius auratus gibelio under several kinds of concentrations and indicated the Copper is a kind of virulent heavy metal to Carassius auratus gibelio. The results demonstrated that the quantity of accumulation of Copper in fish tissues increased with the increase of Copper concentrations and increased with the time prolongation and then it reached to a bananceable level at certain time in low concentration; But the quantity of accumulation of Copper sometimes descended with the time prolongation in high concentration. The accumulation ability of different organ was different, it was in this order: purtenance>gill>muscle. The results demonstrated that accumulation of Copper with the interaction of the mixture heavy metals ion was related to metallic species and amount and concentration as well as fish tissues. The metal accumulation under the interaction of the mixture heavy metals ion was dominantly controlled by the surface competition in the gill and by the MT induction theory in the liver. The interaction of the mixture heavy metals ion can't change the rule of distribution on accumulation of Copper in fish tissues. The accumulation of Copper in the tissues followed the order: liver>gill>kidney>muscle.Na-&K-ATPase activities in the tissues were inhibited by the exposure of the mixtrure metal. There was significant negative linear relationship between Na-&KATPase activity and the exposure concentration (gill: Y=-0.88x+2.93, F--23.44, liver: Y=-0.28x+2.04, F=11.40,muscle: Y=-0.29x+1.28, F=12.23,kidney: Y=-0.32x+1.09, F=15.96), when the exposure concentration was from 0.05mg/L to 1.0mg/L.
