The manufacture of heavy length-diameter rate shell mainly adopted punching- machine processing in the country at present, due to the big difference in the wall thickness and axis degree, the work piece need more follow-up machine cut, and the material utilization ratio and efficacy was low. After the extensive analyses of spinning and drawing, the paper put forward compound craft of spinning and drawing. It open up the new road for the manufacture of heavy length-diameter rate shell.After making sure the principle of equipment, we put forward the once but multiply trace spinning forming, the intelligentized close temperature control lubricating-cooling system and the inertia spinning-self, three new craft scheme based on the reality. And through the compound craft analysis, we designed the spinning-drawing equipment scheme specially for the hydraulic press machine.By the support of structural optimization platform, we accurately forecast the stress scatters of inner box when it was suffered multi-way forces. It quantitatively analyzed the influence on the box stress with the changes of round angle between the two boxes, then got the right round angle dimension; It simulated temperature scatter when with or without cooling. Through the comparison, it came to a conclusion that how the stress distribute in the heat-engine couple condition.With the help of heat-liquid couple model analysis in the cooling system, the article simulated temperature scatters and flow characteristic when the equipment start and in balanced movement situation. Forecasted the swirl, guiding the cooling system structural optimization.Adopting the method of numerical simulation of finite element, the article emphatically analyzed the metal equivalent stress, the equivalent strain distribution in the spinning and the extension forming process, as well as deformation of range metal grid; Though the elasticity finite element method, it simulated the drawing mold vibrating wave under different velocity. It succeed in obtaining the mold vibrates principle, as well as the influence on the process precision. This optimized structure.Based on upward analysis, designed drawing of the equipment, and with virtual sample equipment technique, the article simulated the entire spinning-drawing process. Through the physical experiment approve, the equipment reached the anticipated effect.In summary, based on the machine design theory, combined materials mechanics, structure mechanics, dynamics, hydromechanics, thermodynamics and so on, the paper succeed in finishing the spinning and drawing equipment design, it enhanced the productivity, greatly saved the raw material, and laid the foundation for the shell production.
