Supercritical fluid is a special state with great special physical properties. It was regarded in every research fields recently years. Supercritical fluid and rheological property of polymer has been summarizes shortly in this paper. In research, the materials we chose were the thermosetting resin of E-51 epikote and the thermoplastic resin of PA6, PP and POM. In the experiments, we used the twin screw extruder of supercritical fluid and resin transfer molding machine of supercritical fluid aided to mensurate the apparent viscosity of the pure resin and the system in different temperature and shear rate .The result of the research indicate: the factors of effect on the rheological property of the system of supercritical fluid and resin is including several factors as follows :(1)The temperature of the system. The effects include tow factors. First ,it affects the apparent viscosity of the system , which declines with the temperature of the system increasing. The other is to the parameter of the rheological property of the system. Non-Newtonian index will increase with the temperature increasing, but the parameter of the viscosity declines largely. The property of the system will closes to the Newton fluid.(2)The pressure of the supercritical fluid. Comparing the pure resin with the system, we found that the supercritical fluid reduced the viscosity of the resin largely, improved the flow ability of the resin. At the same time, we found the effects including tow factor, too. First is to the apparent viscosity. The pressure increasing, the viscosity will decline largely. The best effectiveness of reduce viscosity of the resin melt reached one orders. For the parameter of the rheological property, the pressure increasing, the Non-Newtonian index will increase, but the parameter of the viscosity will dramatic declined.(3)The shear rate. The apparent viscosity of the system reduces under the affect of the shear, which is reducing with the shear rate increasing. While we input the supercritical, the reliability of the resin viscosity is less on the shear rate.
