Research On The Check Technology Of Overprint Quality Of Printed Matter

On account of the requirement of real-time and precise quality verification of color printing, this paper makes a thorough study to the detection technique which can be applied to verify the overprint quality of color printing and put forward a new detection arithmetics on the overprint quality of printed matter. Moreover, this article achieve the verification of the printing echoes on the cigarette case packaging.On the basis of the summarization about the evaluation meteyards of the quality of color printings, the paper initially planning fram work of quality verification system of color printing. Under the investigations of the pretreatment of printing images, we use the fast median filter technique. For adjusting printing images to standard templet image fastly and accurately, the paper bring forward an image position adjustment technique which based on the edge and Hough transformation and validate the speediness and veracity of the position adjustment method.Whereas we find that the disfigurement of the overprint quality of color printing mostly are the printing echoes and combine with the evaluating functions of the definition of the image which are widely used in the digital camera autofocusing , in the paper we raise a technique of verification of printing echoes which based on the FSWM(Frequency-Selective-Weighted-MedianFilter)operator.Via the theoretic analysis and comparative experiments which based on the analysis of the FSWM filter's frequcy spectrum, we can draw the conclusion that the FSWM operator can not only well perform the detection on the printing echoes but also is preferably robust to the noise and adjustment accurate rate.Finally, the software check system of overprint quality of printed matter is built up and the quantized norms are achieved by the detection tests and simulation experiments of the system.Moveover, the favorable quality of the check system in this article is further validated at last.
