Wave absorbing materials is what consumed when transforming electromagneticwave to other forms energy, such as mechanical energy, electrical energy and heatenergy, consume material. The ideal absorbing materials should be wide absorptionband, light quality, thin thickness, perfect physical and mechanical properties and easyusing.In view of the present absorbing materials development situation, it is verydifficult for one kind of material to meet above all requests. Therefore, it is necessaryto compound the differentpowder in different forms to get the best absorbing functionaccording to the specific request. Compound hysteresis loss and magnetic loss to getthe material with function with hysteresis loss and magnetic loss. Meanwhile, nanoparticle has sound absorbing nature. Therefore, it is possible to synthesize wideabsorption band and light quality absorbing materials, ecause of its high conductivity,light quality, doping and undoping sound environment stability, easy making and lowcost, in recent years absorbing materials'latent application in electromagnetic waveabsorption, electromagnetic interference shield, soft conductor coating or the safetymask has attracted widespread interest. This thesis mainly aims at manufacturing ofpolyaniline/ferrite composite absorbing materials and research of its'function.It is the best compounding condition that taking MnO2 as oxidant, HC1 asgallic acid and doping agent, synthesize directly to get doping polyaniline with highconductivities. Its conductivitis may achieve 103s/cm. By infrared spectrum analysisof polyaniline IR, the strength ratio approximate 1:1, which is the ideal structures. It isconfirmed that polyaniline is very stable within 200℃after TG analysis.Synthesize nano ferrite through technology citrate sol-gel method and analyzesits magnetism function and absorbing function. It is clear that ferrite is very big afterlaser granule-size analysis. Through SEM, even if the process ultrasonic wave is stillhave the reunion phenomenon. Therefore, we used the laser granule-size to get thesize of particle. There is electric loss as well as hysteresis loss, if the frequency rangebetween 2.6~4.0 GHz.Taking EP as the substrate, polyaniline and ferrite as main adding particle,make high-function material with electrical conductivity, magnetism and a nanometereffect. It overcomes some shortcomings. This compound materials used in absorbing material is with sound absorbing function and light quality, wide band, goodcompatibility and strong inoxidizability.
