Study On The Technique And Property Of The Composite Papermaking Felt

The modern papermaking industry is developing with the characteristics of largewidth, high speed and pressure, that requires the paper-making felt bear high pressure, hasthe good drainage, elasticity and a long life and so on. The composite papermaking feltbecomes the best choice that accord with the development of the papermaking industrybecause of its outstanding property. Now domestic papermaking felt industry pays little toscientific research and doesn't have sufficient testing methods of product and equipment.Confined by the papermaking industry, domestic papermaking felt is dropped behind bythe international advanced felt for about 20 years. The research on the compositepapermaking felt is very limit. This subject does some research on the compositepapermaking felt in the following aspects.(1) Studying on the property of the material and choose the best material and thefittest index.(2) Studying on the involved techniques parameters of the forming techniquesincluding warp, weft, the weave of backing fabric, fiber net and needle-punching sectionand the after-finishing techniques including chemical finishing and heat setting to formthe integrated technical system.(3) The weave of backing fabric, the needle-punching depth and weft count of thepaper making felt are chosen as the factors that influence the property of the papermakingfelt at a great deal in the orthogonal test and 9 deficient kinds of composite papermakingfelt are made. Then 7 kinds indexes such as the compression resilience, the gaspermeability and the osmosis of the paper making felt and so on are tested and the orderof the property of the papermaking felt from the best to the worst as well as therelationship between the processing parameters and properties of the paper making felthas gained on the basis of the analysis. And the optimum technique has gained.The integrated technical system formed in this paper can provide reference forpractical production. The orthogonal test and its analysis can provide theoretical basis andreference for the product development and technical promotion of the compositionpapermaking felt enterprises.
