Heavy metal is to endanger extremely large pollution to the ecological environment, reason the person do not conquer the health explaining nature but endangering the human body easy to accumulate within the living things body ultimate by food chain. In company with the fast development of the metal plating, mining, dying, petrochemical and battery industries, a great deal of wastewater containing the excessibe dangerous heavy metal ions has been discharged into the environment and would engender the great harm to the environmental ecology and the human health. Due to abroad source of absorbent, no second pollution, big biosorption capacity, the fast biosorption speed and so on advantages, researchers pay more and more attention to biosorption method. By the technology of immobilized microorganism , the advantage bacterium may selectivity field out have given fixation kind , the waste water treatment system composing one kind of high-effect , fleetness , being able to handle in a row, can cut down secondary pollution effectively , effect has been fine time the waste water handling heavy metal , have already have shown the gigantic potential , have become the hot spot that the scholar studies in recent years at home and abroad and. This researchers reported the adsorption performance of Penicillium sp. immobilized on a loofa sponge, a new biosorbent, Penicillium sp were cultivated on culture medium of secret aspergillus (Aspergillus niger) in common use basis, add certain proportion ammonia stop, controlling condition makes the person grow on loofa sponge , discover whose speed of growth quickly in studying, the hypha and carrier union are rapid and intense , unit area thallus quantity is many. The researchers used it to absorb heavy metals in wastewater, and found it had good biosorption ability. The fungi were used to absorb heavy metals in wastewater. The biosorption of heavy metals with Penicillium sp. were divided into two parts, including the biosorption to single heavy metal and the simultaneous biosorption to binary heavy metal with Penicillium sp...The influences of the initial pH values of solution, heavy metal concentration, contact time, biosorption temperature and rotate speed to biosorption effect were studied. The acidity of solution (pH) is one of the most important parameters controlling uptake of heavy metals from wastewater and aqueous solutions. Biosorption was potent only among the fitting pH values. When pH value was very low, plentiful H+ made protonation in fungi surface and made the low biosorption capacity; when pH value was very high, the heavy metal ions existed as the insoluble oxide or hydroxide, the aim to remove heavy metals using biosorption method was not obtained. The optimal pH values was different from the heavy metal ions and the treatment methods. The optimal pH value of Zn2+biosorption with Penicillium sp. mycelial pellet appeared 5.0; that of Pb2+'s appeared at 5 to 6.The results of contact time of biosorption indicated that the biosorption process could take into two parts: the surface biosorption course and the slow intracellular accumulation. The heavy metal ions concentrations of solution descend quickly through the first hour, and then its biosorption capacity increase gently and gradually get equilibrium. The effect the temperature to adsorbed is tiny. Shifting appreciably would be advantageous to biosorption, shifting more would be disadvantageous to biosorption. This may be related to biosorption knetics. Through influencing the physiological metabolism of Penicillium sp., biosorption tempere influence biosorption impact. Biosorption process was an exothermic reaction. High and low temperature both decrease saturated biosorption capacity. The best temperature to biosorb heavy metal with Penicillium sp. mycelial pellet appeared at 30℃.Biosorption equilibrium was studied, and Langmuir adsorption isotherm equations were used to fit single heavy metal. The biosorption equilibrium curves used the equation to describe the biosorption of Pb2+,Cu2+ and Zn2+ ion with Penicillium sp., the correlation coefficient were0.9976,0.9927and0.9965, respectively. The higher the concomitant heavy metal ions concentration was, the more the biosorption capacity of Pb2+ ion and Cu2+ ion increased by changing the concomitant heavy metal ions concentration under the conditions of the certain initial concentration of Cu2+ ion and Zn2+ ion solution. Therefore, concomitant ions existence could effect the each biosorption.
