Preparation And Properties Of Poly(2-aminofluorene) Particles Using Three Methods

Poly(2-aminofluorene) particles were synthesized by Solid-statereaction polymerization,Electrochemical polymerization and ultrasonic initiation polymerization.In this study,three kinds of polymers including emeralidine base,HClPAF,CSAPAF,were synthesized by Ultrasonic induced polymerization.Their structural texture of undoped and doped Poly(2-aminofluorene) are investigated by FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra.The results show that different doping Poly(2-aminofluorene) possess various structure and conductivity.We also analyse the effect of polymers'structure variety on conductivity,and explain these results reasonably.In this paper we used three methods and have done the following works:(1) Poly(2-aminofluorene) particles doped with hydrochlorideacid has been firstly prepared using solid-state reaction synthesis method at room temperature. Poly(2-aminofluorene) microparticles were characterized by FT-IR spectra,UV-vis absorption spectra,SEM,XRD and cyclic voltammogram. Rasules showed that the average size of Poly(2-aminofluorene) particles doped with hydrochlorideacid obtained by this method was about 0.1μm,and the poly(2-aminofluorene) particles were spherical in shape. XRD measurements indicated that the poly(2-aminofluorene) particles were crystalline. The cyclic voltammogram of poly(2-aminofluorene) showed good electrochemical properties.(2) High quality poly(2-aminofluorene) films were synthesized electrochemically by direct oxidation of 2-aminofluorene in methanol containing 0.05mol/L LiClO4 .Poly(2-aminofluorene) were characterized by FT-IR spectra,UV-vis absorption spectra,SEM and cyclic voltammogram. Rasules showed that the average size of Poly(2-aminofluorene) particles obtained by this method was about 100~200nm.The cyclic voltammogram of poly(2-aminofluorene) films showed good electrochemical properties.(3) Ultrasonic induced polymerization of 2-aminofluorene in the prescene of Sodium Dodecylbenzene Sulphate as Surfactant. Poly(2-aminofluorene) microparticles were characterized by FT-IR spectra,fluorescent spectra,UV-vis absorption spectra,SEM,and XRD.Results showed that the average size of Poly(2-aminofluorene) particles obtained by this method was about 100~200nm,and the poly(2-aminofluorene) particles were spherical in shape.
