With the tendency in global eco-crisis increasingly, people realize to only depend on ethics, technology or economical plan is insufficient to solve the problem. It also needs the political strength to support. As a new political thought, eco-politics is still in the ascendant. Comparing with the traditional politics, eco-politics is in the foundation and familiarity with ecology, to manage the "political and ecology" method, and fetch the caring nature and the ecological thought in political dimension, so as to reconstruct the traditional political or their practical structure. Eco-politics insists on society that should be sustainable and conform to the natural and ecological requirements. In fact, eco-politics has become an important factor in our economy and society's strategy in sustainable development. However, it has born in the west capitalism's politics, economics and culture at first, so it fails to avoid unilateralism. Eco-politics leans to western centralization, and it is very difficult to achieve "value neutrality". Therefore, we need to research eco-politics with our China's native characteristic. The dual connotations of China's native characteristic eco-politics mainly manifest above the traditional culture and the Marxism. Among them, the traditional culture connotation which means to foundational signification in antiquity mainly includes Confucianism, Taoist School and Buddhism's eco-politics thought. The Marxism connotation mainly refers to the Classic Marxists eco-political thinking, and the Marxism of China eco-political thinking, which contains Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and they mean to modernity of China's eco-politics.
