Silica dioxide is used in diversified field for its special performance. Silver asprecious metal has good performance in catalyzing field, antibacterial field, etc. Inother to make use of the strongpoint of silica dioxide and silver, a new material calledSiO2/Ag composite has prepared.Based on the research actuality, presence problem and develop trend ofcomposite articles, a new method is studied to prepare sphericity silica dioxide. Then,SiO2/Ag is prepared using deoxidize method. The study result show that reactingtemperature, agitating rate and dispersant has greatly effect on size and figure ofcomposite particles. In this article, planning method is used to optimize the factors ofsphericity silica dioxide preparing: reacting temperature(40℃), density ofNa2SiO3(2.0%), agitating rate(400r/min), density of NaCl(1.0%) and density ofalcohol(7.0%).SiO2/Ag composite particles are prepared using deoxidize method. Reactingtemperature, reacting time and density of AgNO3 are studied by single factoranalyzing method. XRD, TEM, DTA, etc. are used to characterize the samples.
