Study On Case-based Reasoning Injection Mould Assembly Casebase

This paper, the technique of CBR(Case-based Reasoning) was introduced to theinjection mould design to deal with the problem of knowledge hardly gotten. Moulddesign cases, which were all finished successfully, were collected into casebases.When a new design was to be carried on, a similar injection mould design case wassearched out, first. Then, it was changed to fit the new condition. So, the problemthat knowledge can't be caught easily was solved.This paper stated the basal principle and actualized technique about CBR. Thispaper established the overall structure of CBR injection mould assembly casebasedesign, clearly illustrated the system's activity and inner data flow, which were thenecessary preparation for the implementation and realization of the system.The idiographic actual technique was studied. By the character technique,original mould design case was changed into information model. Cases were dividedinto 7 class according to the figure and were deposited into casebases accordingly.2.class search was established and index characters of each class were given out aswell as the formula of similitude in the second. class search. The link techniquebetween the visual basic program language and Microsoft access database wasstudied, too.Based on the above theory study, under the surroundings of VB, the injectionmould casebase design was developed with the help of Access, database.
