Every key process was analyzed to know whether they were in the best state or not by focusing on key processes and factors which influenced reduction and stableness of tar in the process of cut tobacco and cigarette processing in Tengzhou Cigarette Factory. Measures taken were proposed: Improve on equipment of technics,advancing the level of controlling tar in the process; introducing measure for quality control to keep main processing parameters in control, finding best processing parameters set-up by orthogonal test on trial;Using the preparation of enzyme treated with tobacco in the process . Significant conclusions:1. Introducing measure for moisture content of dried cut tobacco and weight of cigarette might keep tar deliveries of cigarettes stable.(1) The stabilization of moisture content of dried cut tobacco play an important role in reducing and controlling tar of finished cigarettes. Making moisture content standard deviation as measuring target of the process quality of dried cut tobacco and using experimentation to find best composition of all kinds of parameters, the temperature of hot wind is 80oC, open the 40% door of expelling wet wind, the temperature of stove is 150 oC. Using these produce condition can improve the stuffing value of tobacco, decrease the moisture content standard deviation, enforce stove to effect tobacco and decline the release of tar.(2) The weight of per cigarette and the release of tar have strong relation. In the process of production, using average value-standard deviation chart to control the stabilization of weight of per cigarettes and controlling the release of tar. After ending the whole process, the average weight of per cigarettes will decrease 0.00149g and the standard deviation of per cigarettes will decrease 0.00149g too. All these have accorded with rule of S≤23mg. The ability of process CP 1.45>1.33, the ability of controlling process get stronger. The average tar of per cigarette decrease 0.93mg than before.2. Technical process redesign for cut-stem processing had good effects on both reducing and controlling tar.After adjusting the technical process for cut-stem processing, the reciprocate pervasion will increase obviously. It will increase from 93.2% to 98%, the moisture of them will be more homogeneous, the stuffing tobacco value will increase from 4.77cm3/g to 4.84cm3/g .After wind chosen, the mount of stem will decrease from 120kg per batch to 70kg per batch. The result of technical process would control the tar content.3. Improve on equipment of cut-stem and cigarette had good effects on both reducing and controlling tar.(1) Design and make the equipment that can cut stem swimmingly to improve the quality. The rate of scrap stem will decrease from 2.6% to 1.0%. The stuffing value will increase 1.47%, the effect is very obvious and advantage to decline per weight and controlling of tar.(2) Improving roller of cut-stem to increase their temperature and make the inflated effect better, the stuffing value will increase from 4.54 cm3/g to 4.70 cm3/g .(3) Improving PROTOS cigarette machines'cutting floated circle equipment, the bad rate will decrease to 8.3%, which enhance the weight of per cigarette stable.(4) Improving MK9-5 machine's weight control and absorb iron belt and pull tight equipment, which enhance the level of standard deviation of cigarette weight. In 179 times quality drawing out, there are 86 times under 23mg, which account for 49% of the total and increase 19% than before. All these prove the stability enhanced.4. Using the preparation of enzyme treated with tobacco in the process, it had good effects on both reducing tar and advancing quality.(1) The experiment demonstrates that the preparation of enzyme MJQ can use in producing cigarette directly and reduce tar, increase the effect of smoking. The mount of infliction is 1% of tobacco leafage total. Using propel water to dissolve and mix even. The infliction point in working process of enriching leafage, spray alone. The temperature demand 100oC, then keep tobacco leafage 24 hours. After infliction MJQ, the new sample than before: the deoxidize-carbohydrate increase 0.74% , the tar of cigarette apiece decline 0.6mg, the quality of smoking increases 4 marks.(2) Using MJQ in producing increase the time of storing. So, we need increase quantity of storing cabinet, and after being lying up 15 days with using MJQ, the gloss of cut-tobacco gets dim, the color gets deep. These will be explored deeply.The conclusions of the article had positive influences on not only carrying out technical specification fully but also improving control for tar deliveries of cigarettes for the whole cigarette factories ,and introducing new measure for using the preparation of enzyme treated with tobacco in the process .It is hoped that the article can offer some constructive suggestions for the development of"Chinese-style cigarettes", and make some contributions to the development of both China tobacco and Tengzhou Cigarette Factory.
