In order to study the relationship between structure and insecticidal activity of sarisan compounds, and guided by chemistry synthesis methods, compound 2 was synthesized from sesamol, reactioned with allyl bromide and with Claisen-arragement. Then sarisan and its derivatives were synthesized from compound 2. All of compounds were evaluated on their insecticidal activity, and their structures were identified mainly by NMR and IR spectral datas. The main results are as follows:Guided by chemistry synthesis methods, compound 1, 2, 6 were synthesized from sesamol, and their structures were identified mainly by IR spectral datas.Guided by chemistry synthesis methods, sarisan and 17 derivatives of it were synthesized from compound 2, and their structures were identified mainly by IR and NMR spectral datas.The insecticidal activity of sarisan and its derivatives indicated that sarisan has insecticidal activity with mortality of 81%, compounds 1, 2, 5, 6 have insecticidal activity with mortality of 20% below, compounds 3c,3d,3e,3f have insecticidal activity with mortality of 75% above, compounds 3b,3g,3h,3i have insecticidal activity with mortality of 90% above and exhibited higher insecticidal activity than sarisan, 3h exhibited the best insecticidal activity with mortality of 100%, but compounds 3j-3m have insecticidal activity with mortality of 30% below, 4 ester derivatives (4a-4d) have insecticidal activity with mortality of 30% below.
