Eco-design is the important processing to prevent the pollution, reduce the consumption of energy and resources. The Silicate cement had an important role for society and economic development, but it had some disadvantage in producing and using processing. There are so many consumption and some performance defects. Research of Eco-design on different system cements complex is significant to sustainable development of materials industry. In this thesis, the compound system of Silicate cement and Sulphoaluminate cement is studied to find out the way of Eco-design about inorganic materials.Silicate clinker, Sulphoaluminate clinker, slag, fly ash and gypsum were chosen according environmental impact and using performance in the thesis. Studied the results of relevant papers, we designed the mixture ratios and mix them. We test the mechanics performance, impermeability, resistance corrosion. The test results of the compound cement were analyzed to discuss the affection of Sulphoaluminate clinker, slag, fly ash to the compound cement.In this thesis, LCA for single cement processes of China, including Silicate cement, Silicate clinker, Sulphoaluminate clinker, cement mill processing, was performed. Then the environmental impact of the compound cement is calculated according the compound ratio. The thesis compared the environmental impact of Silicate clinker and Silicate cement, silicate clinker and Sulphoaluminate clinker. According the calculation results, we found out the environmental impact of the single component to the compound cement.The ratio of the using performance to the environmental impact of the compound cement is calculated in the thesis. The results show the using performance per environmental impact. At the end, we calculated the composite value date of the compound cement, P/IC(C:Cost,P:Performance,I:Impact) to chose the optimum ratio.The flow process of Eco-design for the compound cement is generalized to provide the reference for the foundation of Eco-cement design.
