| Forming process of tube bending is the mainly process method of aerial tube. However, it is a complex process with coupling interactive multi-factor effects and possibility of various disfigurement initiations. The prediction and control of disfigurement have thus become a difficult and key problem urgent to be resolved in the research and development of the process.This thesis studied some related aspects of Tube Bending Numeric Simulation Technology (TBNST). Basing on the analysis of the application situation of TBNST in the aviation, aerospace and auto industry and forming principle, class of technique, characteristics and defects of Tube Bending Technology, this thesis mainly discussed the construct of tube bending die, deducing of the formula of some process parameters, auto-generation of tube, definition and generation of each tool of tube bending die and the control of bend process parameters. The system can be used to both analyze the bending process and predict defects of bending process.According to the research on the related technology, the software of tube bending numeric simulation has been developed. The practical application of this software indicates that forming process of tube bending numeric simulation adopting CAE has great importance on improving the production quality, reducing manufacturing cycle and the production cost. It is also a valuable reference for the research and development of other production. |
