This paper introduced the application of flocculant (sodium hydroxyl-phosphonic acid and polyaluminium chloride) and inhibitor (phosphonic acid, 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine-N-alkyl) in the oil-water separation and corrosion inhibition for copper.Compared with other flocculants, demulsifiers and filter methods, an appropriate technique was filtrated to dispose the oily wastewater in the bilge. The technique was followed: pH of the oily wastewater was to 8-9 by sodium hydroxyl-phosphonic acid. The flocculant (polyaluminium chloride) was added in, and the addition was 0.025g polyaluminium chloride /100g oily wastewater. After standing 0.5min, the wastewater was filtered by the super-microporous polyurethane composite materials. These results showed that that the oil in the oily water disposed by this method was under drainage standard of 15 mg/L. And the super-microporous polyurethane composite materials could use again by washing, which could save industrial cost. The oily wastewater was disposed by a spot of reagent, simple steps and convenient process by this way.For protect copper in the oil-water separation device from corrosion, a kind of phosphonic acid, 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine-N-alkyl has been synthesized from the reaction of 2-amine thiadiazole, different aldehydes (or ketone) and phosphorous acid by the melting method or the solvent method. These compounds have been characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 31PNMR and MS. The inhibition efficiencies were measured by potentiodynamic polarisation, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and weight-loss experiments. And the effect of inhibitors on the concentration and immersed time was discussed. The result showed that the solvent method is better than the melting method. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of the compounds was studied on copper in 3% NaCl solution. All of them have good effects on corrosion inhibition for copper, and inhibitors with a phenyl ring have better inhibiting properties. Target Compounds:...
