| As a typical highly-polluted, unwieldiness, high-consistence organic liquid waste, the leachate which has high consistence, large toxicity and complex component, brings grave harm to environment and peoples health. This study indicates the technics which adapts to deal with the leachate of Chengdu Satination Treatment Site for Solid Waste, by respectively experimentizing the technics about Anaerobic Biofilter, chemical coagulation,electro-coagulation,oxidation,biological enhanced technology and SBR.Comparing the outcomes of the technics and experiments of the Anaerobic Biofilter and the chemical coagulation, it is shown that Anaerobic Biofilter is much easier, steady and can wipe off about 60% of the CODCr. And the chemical coagulation can wipe off 52.1% of the CODCr in maximum. What is more, it is obligatory to adjust the pH, which makes the treatment of the leachate more difficult and high-paid. Thus Anaerobic Biofilter is chosen as the first part of the technic to deal with the leachate of Chengdu Satination Treatment Site for Solid Waste for this study. It's found out by comparing the experimental results that: electro-coagulation treatment can wipe off 27.9%~32.3% of the CODCr, the oxidation only 12% but biological enhanced technology can wipe off more than 50%. It's obvious that biological enhanced technology has a highest effect and lowest pay (only 4.39 RMB/ m3) to wipe off the CODCr Thereby, this study adopt the biological enhanced technology as the techinic after the Anaerobic Biofilter and before the SBR.SBR tester is used to deal with the leachate. It is noticed that the temperature should be keep in 20℃, DO value in about 4, pH in the bound of 6.5~8, in order to better wipe off the COD and the NH3-N. The cost is about 0.4RMB/m3.After examinations, this study indicates the techinic adapt to deal with the leachate of Chengdu Satination Treatment Site for Solid Waste: leachate→Anaerobic Biofilter, biological enhanced technology→SBR→ electro-coagulation. The effluent of the leachate out from this thechnic meets the third class index of " Standard for pollution control on the landfill site for domestic waste " (GB16899). |
