The optics non-sphere surface components has the excellent characteristic that traditional optical sphere surface parts can't reach, it is widely applied in the various engineering realm. Whatever in the producing efficiency aspect or in the stability aspect of the processing accuracy and the processing quantity, the traditional optically processing method can't satisfy the extremely processing accuracy and the processing quantity request of optical non-sphere style parts . Therefore studying a kind of high-efficiency and high-accuracy processing method of the optical non-sphere surface has a very important natural significant.The air sac polishing is a kind of new processing method of optics non-sphere surface. In the processing period, utilizing the air sac special soft features, keep the eliminating head always contacting with the components' surface, eliminating the material of processing surface, At the same time guaranteeing the surface accuracy.This thesis analyzes the polishing principle of air sac polishing and the polishing material, and carry on the experiment analysis dealing with the shape of air sac polishing contacting area and the influence factors of the contacting area, make sure the reference value scope of air sac working parameters.Analyzing how air sac compressing quantity,air sac revolutions,air sac fulfilling pressure,the grinding light liquid density ,and so on various producing parameters affect air sac grinding light efficiency and surface roughness. Find out the influence regulations of various parameters, and make sure reasonable parameter options of air sac polishing. In the base of eliminating light contacting area shape research, through analyzing air sac's relative moving speed and pressure distributing regulations in the components' surface grinding light area. According to the Preston equation, build up the material eliminating model in the process of air sac grinding light. Through experiment verifies the correction of air sac polishing material model.The density of the blending liquid affect the material eliminating and the shape of polishing contacting area in the period of air sac polishing process. For guaranteeing the polishing liquid density even in air sac polishing process, designing the device of the density of the blending liquid.
