It is studied the preparation of porous ceramics in this paper. The powder of Al2O3 were added wollastonite or cordierite, adopted polymeric sponge dipping in slurry, produced by sintering of porous ceramics, and strives to achieve optimum process parameters. Through experiments, the preparation of porous ceramics must have sufficient porosity and strength. The experimental results show that the ceramic components, corresponding to the different parameters. Analysis of the experimental data summarized as follows : For the best sintering additive of wollastonite porous ceramic, When 30% of alumina powder(coarse size), samples sintered at 1250℃for 60 min process better results; Al2O3 (500nm) powder and components accounted for 70%, its samples sintered at 1450℃for 70 min is the good result. For added cordierite porous ceramic powder Al2O3 (500nm) 60%, its samples sintered at 1470℃for 60 min is the good results with a certain intensity, hardness and high porosity. The porosity adopted polymeric sponge dipping in slurry process can be achieved 87%-93%.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of the porous ceramic microstructures found : Samples connected with each other in three-dimensional space with holes similar in shape, relatively uniform; the diameter of porous ceramic is between 0.5-5mm, and the diameter of ceramic skeleton is between 0.15-0.8mm; Adding cordierite prepared porous ceramic, the microstructure showed needle-like particles strip, overlapping presence in space, contact surface between particles and particles, the strength is far higher than the addition of a porous ceramic wollastonite. And the experimental results show that the concentration of dispersant types of porous ceramics. PVB experiment : as dispersing agent, ethanol as a sol vent. The most suitable ratio of PVB is (4-4.5) g: 100ml.The selection and analysis of the polymeric sponge have effects to the pretreatment processes ceramic sample. The experiments show that the bubble solution concentrations in the range of 10% to 20% between the pre-soaking time 6-10h, can get good performance porous ceramic material. Research focused on the porous ceramic melting copper technology, When Copper melted into the porous ceramic ,can find a very narrow range of temperature, in 980-1020℃; and heating at 750℃above the lower rate would Ceramic Copper burning through melting, good composite materials. SEM analysis showed that the interface between the copper and porous ceramics with good and high bonding strength. Prepared porous ceramic - copper composites is dense. In summary, this paper has been prepared by experiments in the best parameters of porous ceramics, meanwhile it is obtain the correct parameters of the copper infiltration.
