2g/L kleit solution was used as microorganism flocculant flocculation object. It was determined a series of flocculation conditions and the flocculant nature, as well as its processing effect. The flocculation conditions of temperature , PH , the best throwing increment of coagulant aids and the best throwing increment of the microorganism flocculant were studied. Through the experiment, It was finally determined that when PH was 9.8, the effect of processing the kleit solution was the best. In addition, the effect of temperature on flocculation was not obvious. Simultaneously some results were showed that the best increment of coagulant aids (CaCl2) was 12.5ml/L water ; The best increment of the Microorganism flocculant was 12.5ml/L water; the flocculation rate could reach 90.1%.The flocculation of the actual industrial waste water and the river water were tested. The river water was taken from the Shanghai WuNing road cross-section and Puhui tang Songjiang Area. By using flocculant, the COD eliminating rate of the water sample of Suzhou river reached 45.1%, the rate of Puhui tang 's water sample reached 57.8%. The eliminating rate of NH3-N of Suzhou River's water sample reached 92.2%, Puhui tang 's rate reached 73.3 %. Industrial waste water include printing wastewater, which was provided by the Chemical institute, and the Starch waste water, which was provided by the Shanghai Lvyuan Starch factory. Both of the chromaticity and the turbidity of the printing wastewater were very high, and the COD of the printing wastewater was 1345.6 mg/L, so the water sample diluted 10 times was used in this experiment. Through changing processing conditions, COD eliminating rate can reach 51.1%. It was also determined that the best increment of 1% CaCl2 and Microorganism flocculant were 0.75ml and 0.25ml per 20ml printing wastewater respectively.Through studying the flocculation mechanism, the experiment indicated that the flocculant contained massive carbohydrate. It didn't contain the protein and nucleic acid. Through processing flocculant sediment with EDTA HCl and urea, It was infered that the union of flocculant and the kleit pellet depended on hydrogen bond. The ultraviolet and infrared two-atlas showed that the flocculation extraction mainly contained polysaccharides, but did not contain the protein and nucleic acid. The flocculant component included carboxyl group, which was anion flocculant. The potentiometer test between electric potential and the amount of flocculant in flocculation process also infered that the hydrogen bond has been formed between the flocculant and the kleit pellet.The microorganism immobilization processing water sample was preliminarily studied. PVA( 1750)and boric acid solution were selected to manufacture immobilization pellet in the experiment. It was selected printing wastewater with high chromaticity level as sample of the flocculation test. Finally, by 16S rDNA gene sequence and the "Handbook Berger identification of bacteria", the strains used in this experiment could be cognized Alcaligenes faecalis.
