This dissertation mainly presents the study of in multi-degree-of-freedom system dynamics and structural dynamics analysis of a gear transmission and of in fluid field dynamics analysis of jet exhausting atomizer aperture.Based on the theory of gear system dynamics, the multi-degree-of-freedom dynamics behaviors of gear transmission system is studied in detail. The equation of system dynamics of the gear transmission is solved in the MATLAB framework so as to get the inhere frequency and vibrancy format analysis. Thus the dynamic character of gear transmission system is studied comprehensive.Based on the Visual/C++ program , Pro/Engineer is developed by Pro/TOOLKIT. The developed program can establish gear models of the gear transmission systemBy using Pro/Engineer ,the paper creates the finite element models of the gear transmission system. On the base of the results of system dynamics analysis ,the model's structural dynamic is analyzed, and then attain the models' inhere character.At the same time, based on theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics, the fluid movement in the jet exhausting atomizer aperture and the effect on fluid field, which are caused by the geometrical structure change of atomizer aperture, are analyzed.Taking the gear system in the cutterarm retarder of EBH-120 type roadheader as the prototype, this paper creates dynamic model, analyzes the dynamic performance of the three-stage gear systems in detail, and carries out the structural dynamics analyses of the main parts after the inhere frequency and vibrancy format are obtained; furthermore, the fluid field dynamics analysis of jet exhausting atomizer aperture in the outer spray system of EBH-120 type roadheader is carried out on the base of Computational Fluid Dynamics, which provides the theoretical foundation for the design and improvement of the EBH-120 type roadheader.
