On the base of lining and frozen wall designing theories, and the physical and mechanical properties of frozen soil, hydration heat of concrete ,analyses the components characteristic ,mechanism of hydration heat production and calculation method on shaft sinking by freezing.Through the monitoring of temperature and stress in shaft lining and frozen wall, obtain the varying of temperature field stress field and frost heave on lining and frozen wall,Through the physical and mechanical testing, obtain the heat capacity, coefficient of heat conductivity ,and other basic mechanical property.Combine the numeric calculation medal of concrete hydration heat, using ADINA finite element program ,numerically simulates the temperature field of frozen wall and shaft lining. Numerically simulates the temperature interaction of frozen wall and shaft lining in four different conditions, obtain the maximum temperature, temperature difference, refrozen time, thawing limits of frozen wall. base on the result, simulates the stress interaction of frozen wall and shaft lining.Through carries the contrast analysis to the actual result and the numerical simulation, finally obtains the interaction laws between hydration heat lining and frozen wall. Through this topic, the frost heave of frozen soil act on the frozen wall in the frozen solid forming was studied. This topic has considerable reference value in Shaft Sinking by Freezing and structural design of shaft lining.
