Alkyloxyethyl and fluorine atoms and heterocyclic moieties were introduced intoα-aminophosphonate in this thesis. Eleven new compounds were synthesized by reaction bis(2-methoxyethyl) phosphite with aromatic amines and aromatic aldehyde under microwave irradiation. Six new compounds were synthesized using bis(2-ethoxyethyl) phosphite and aromatic amines, aromatic aldehyde under microwave irradiation. And A simple, efficient, and general method has been developed for the synthesis of certainα-aminophosphonates derivatives. And all compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 31P NMR. And compound I1 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction. The crystalsystem of compound Ilbelongs to monocline with space group P2 (1)/c, a = 10.707 (5) nm, b = 11.361 (5) nm, c = 19.640 (8) nm,α= 90.00°,β= 90.08°,γ= 90.00°, Z = 4, V = 2389.0 (17) nm3, Dc = 1.308 mg/m3,μ= 0.165mm-1, F (000) = 992.The results of bioassay show that compounds Ia~I1 exhibits moderate to good antiviral activity against tobacco masaic virus, and compound ib exhibits higher antiviral activity against tobacco mosaic virus (56.5%) at 500μg/mL than Ninnan meisu (53.8%)...
