Not only the water is the material origin which on the Earth the biological maintenance life must, also is the material base which the economical development and the science progress must. Because but the ground water its water volume is stable, the water quality is good, has the very good development use potential. However , in the last few years, along with the population fast growth, the industrialization advancement speeds up, the urbanization scope expands and so on the phenomenon appearances, massive life trash, the industry waste material and the mine waste water disperse into in the water body, has created the water resources scarce and the pollution. Because the water resources day by day anxious and the pollution degree unceasing aggravating, the humanity more and more pays attention to the surface water and the ground water resources correlation research, in order to the water resources protection, the management, the development and the use provides reliably, the reasonable scientific basis.This article emphatically had the representative Zunyi high level ground water source groundwater system hydrochemistry and the microorganism to the south typical karst area - Guizhou Province has conducted the research, has discussed in initially the karst area ground water the mineral, the water, and the microorganism action mechanism, and has conducted microorganism's in underground water purification function simulator study. Obtained below the main conclusion through the experiment:1) in this water source ground water microorganism's survival environment: pH value between 6.45~8.02; The EC range of variation is 498~947μs/cm; Average temperature in 15℃~20℃between; The DO value change is specially big, the maximum is 7.16mg/L, lowest is 1.70 mg/L.2) passes through 16S rDNA appraisal, two strains with do not belong to the walking beam bacteria.3) in the experiment, extinguishes the fungus soil not to compare with the antiseptic soil, not the antiseptic soil to Mn2 and the Mg2 adsorption must some, after the reason be obviously because soil disinfection, the soil structure changes, causes the soil reduces to Mn2+ and the Mg2+ adsorb ability.4) the soil changes to the Mn2+ and the Mg ion adsorptive capacity along with the time change, the time is longer, is bigger to two kind of ion adsorptive capacities.5) as a result of the microorganism to Mn2+ and the Mg2+ adsorption, after hangs the membrane the soil to two kind of ion adsorptive capacities, must be higher than obviously has not hung the membrane the soil to two kind of ion adsorptive capacities.
