The technology of wood/plastic composite is a technology which have important influence on national economy and sustainable development of society, Its key rests with improving the interfacial status between surface of timber and plastic and strengthening the combination of timber and plastic. This thesis studies the main influencial factors of three kinds of different composites which is namely wood powder based on MDI as cementing compound/PP composite, wood fibre/PP composite and particle/PP composite, also considering the aging property of wood plastic composite under natural environment and take advantage of DMA to analyzes MDI cementing compound and coupling agent MAPP effect on the interfacial combination, in the meanwhile, to analyzes transmit heat process of the hot pressure. The analytical result of physical indicates that three kinds of different combination between wood and PP material all can get good composite plank with excellent mechanical property and size stability. The analytical result of aging property states clearly not only density and cementing compound have influence on aging property of composite, but also do the temperature and humidity under the weather condition and their varieties ranges, furthermore, the composite plank with high density and high contents cementing compound have better aging property. The research of the interface combination states clearly that MDI cementing compound can raise glass temperature of wood to PP composite and promotes the combination of wood and PP material. MAPP improves the interface state between wood and PP and raises the hot stability of wood and PP, furthermore, different compress methods also can effect on the property of composite plank, among them the composite plank with slow-moving cooling have higher glass temperature and MOE. The research of hot press to transfering heat indicates that the heating speed at the center of composite plank will descend rapidly along the decrease of the difference in temperature between the plank heart and hot press plank, therefore, It should appropriately increase the temperature of two pieces hot press plank at the course of hot press in order to make center of composite plank got expected temperature and then raise the goal of production effectiveness.
