Aluminum base nano-crystal and amorphous alloys have potentialapplications in the aviation, auto and petroleum due to its good mechanicalproperties, resisting oxygenation, low density and low cost. The low-costproduction method for them is the active topic of materials, science andtechnology.In this paper, using mechanical alloy method, produce the compositematerial of Fe/PVC, Al/PVC, Nanocrystalline and amorphous alloy ofAl-Fe-Zr(Ce). The pulverous microstructure, organic transformation, the heatstability of alloy, the influence of Ce to amorphous crystal of A1FeZr,theinfluence of the content of Fe and Zr to the amorphous formation of AlFeZrCeand the stability were investigated by XRD,DTA,DSC and SEM. Milling themetal/polymer, form the reticulation structure of 'date cake'. Polymer better ispacked in the surface of metallic grain. Al65Fe20Zr15 directly form amorphousalloy from raw material powder in 150h. The crystal activation energy Ex=296.934kJ/mol, have the better heat stability. Al65FexZr30-xCe5(x=5, 10, 15,20)Completely amorphous in 140h Al65FexZr30-xCe5(x=5, 10, 20) begin to crystalline in. 170h, the mechanical stability of Fe and Zr equal is the best. Thecrystalline of quenching and milling is the same. With the increase of Fe, theamorphous formation of Al65FexZr30-xCe5(x=5, 10, 15, 20) boost up.
