Piezoelectricity material is one of the function materials which develop quickly.It's used abroad. Along with the progress of technology, piezoelectricity materialwhich only has oneness capability couldn't suffice the need of production and sciencedisquisition. Although nylonll and PVDF are typical piezoelectric material, but it'sdiscovered that composites made of nylon11 and PVDF have a little investigate. Onthe base of reading a great deal of literature, this paper take PVDF as the group andget PA11/PVDF composites with different ratable PAll and PVDF, press to film,silver, polarize, cooling and testing their piezoelectric and dielectric capability. Thenanalyze their microstructure by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.On the simple realization of coupling interaction piezoelectricity, and the dielectricproperties, piezoelectric properties effect of composites were well researched.The PA11/PVDF composites were prepared to confirm the optimized volumefraction of PAll of piezoelectricity composites. The dielectric and piezoelectricmeasurement results show that the effective dielectric constant and piezoelectricconstant were found to increase with increasing volume fraction of PA11. When thevolume fraction of PA11 is 0.4, the maximum dielectric constant and the minimumdielectric wastage for PA11/PVDF composites was 21 and 0.05, respectively. ThePA11/PVDF composites can have piezoelectricity function when PA11/PVDFcomposite was poled, but it still low. When the volume fraction of PA11 is higher,dielectric wastage were found to increase with increasing frequency. When thevolume fraction of PA11 is lower, dielectric wastage were found to decrease withincreasing frequency. A small Scanning electron microscope shows that PVDF hasexcellent adhesive effect on PA11.A small quantity of carbon was filled in PA11/PVDF composites to enhance thepiezoelectric properties of PA11/PVDF composites. The results show that thepiezoelectric properties of PA11/PVDF composites increased as the adding of carbon.The composites possessed better quality and properties when the volume fraction ofPA11 is in range of 0.6~0.8, therefore, the volume fraction of PA11 is 0.8 wasemployed as a matrix for further investigation on the piezoelectricity effect.Enlightened by intermolecular specific interactions compatibility, this thesis applies a anhydrides to compatible PA11/PVDF polymers make PA11/PVDF/SMAcomposites. The measurement results show that piezoelectric constant were found toincrease with increasing volume fraction of PA11, when a small quantity of SMA wasfilled in PA11/PVDF composites to enhance the piezoelectric properties ofPA11/PVDF composites and the piezoelectric constant of the PA11/PVDF compositeabruptly increase. When the proportion of PA11 to PVDF is 80 to 20, piezoelectricconstant is 9pC/N. The structures and the properties of the all polymer blends werestudied by SEM,DMA, XRD and so on.
