Epinastine hydrochloride is a kind of histamine Hx antagonist, and it is mainly usedto cure hypersensitiveness disease such as Asthmatic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis, allergicdermatitis and so on. It is widely accepted by doctors and patients because of its goodtherapist effect, safety, broad accommodation, little interaction with other medicines andlow toxicity for heart. Epinastine hydrochloride has become one of the most popularmedicines in the anti-allergy medicine market in Japan.At present, the reports inland about Epinastine hydrochloride are mostly focus on the clinicaleffects and its qualitative targets, and there were seldom reports on its synthesis. For thereason of its reaction complexity, the long synthesis route and rigorous reactionconditions, it is very necessary for us to study and optimize it technological parameters.It is mainly about the preclinical pharmacological research in this paper, the study onof virulence, pharmacokinetics and clinical research of epinastine hydrochloride. Duringthe whole study, we choose anthraquinone as the raw material. Through reactions ofinsertion reaction, carbonyl reduction, displacement reaction, nitrile group reduction,imidazole cyclization reaction, and hydrochloride, we finally got epinastinehydrochloride.Seven organic compounds were involved in this paper. All there structures wereproved by IR, MS and ~1H-NMR.
