At present, the mixed fermentation was studied widely in the world. This made the mixed fermentation rapidly progress, especially in the degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose. The article studied the activities of Non-starch polysaccharides enzyme through mixed fermentation.Firstly, the article studied the productive capacities of Non-starch Polysaccharides enzyme from Trichoderma viride and Aspergillus niger fermentation respectively. Then studied the influences of different factors, such as inoculation proportion, incubation time, carbon sources and nitrogen sources etc.,on the activities of xylanase and cellulase produced by solid-state mixed fermentation of Aspergillus niger A3 and Trichoderma sp.T6.The result showed that the optimal conditions for solid-state mixed fermentation of T6 and A3 was as follows:the mixed inoculation of T6 and A3 in the ratio of 4:6,the mixed carbon sources containing 3.75g corn cob,3.75g wheat bran and 37.5mg glucose, and 11.5mL Mandels nutrient solution containing 37.5mg NH4NO3.At 84 hour, mixed fermentation CMCase activity reached 230IU/g dry matter and increased by 163%,and xylanase activity reached 1308IU/g dry matter and increased by 79.5%over solitary fermentation of T6 and A3.The zymological character of the xylanase and CMCase showed that the optimal reaction pH was 5.0 and pH4.6~6.2 was steady, the optimal temperature was 60℃,while the heat stability was well below 40℃The influences of different factors, such as inoculation proportion, carbon sources and nitrogen sources etc.,on the activities ofβ-glucanase and pectinase produced by solid-state mixed fermentation of Aspergillus niger A3 and Trichoderma sp.T6 were studied. The result showed that the optimal conditions for solid-state mixed fermentation of T6 and A3 was as follows:mixed inoculation of T6 and A3 in the ratio of 7:3,mixed carbon sources containing 3.75g corn cob,3.75g wheat bran and 37.5mg glucose, and 11.5mL Mandrels nutrient solution containing 7.5mg NH4NO3,1.5g citrus peel inducer. At 72 hour, mixed fermentationβ-glucanase activity reached 57IU/g dry matter and increased by 15%,and pectinase activity reached 76.4IU/g dry matter and increased by 14.9%over solitary fermentation of T6 and A3.The result of the dynamic curve showed that the optimal conditions for solid-state mixed fermentation of T6 and A3 was as follows:mixed inoculation of T6 and A3 in the ratio of 4:6,mixed carbon sources containing 3.75g com cob,3.75g wheat bran and 37.5mg glucose, and 11.5mL Mandrels nutrient solution containing 7.5mg NH4NO3,1.5g citrus peel inducer. At 81 hours, mixed fermentation CMCase activity reached 263IU/g dry matter and increased by 199.8%,xylanase activity reached 1612IU/g dry matter and increased by 12%,β-glucanase activity reached 78IU/g dry matter and increased by 56%, and pectinase activity reached 77.88IU/g dry matter and increased by 20%over solitary fermentation of T6 and A3.A saturation condition of ammonium sulfate at 60%~65%resulted in the highest recovery of enzyme. Two kinds of enzymes power were obtained by both freeze dying and heating drying at 40℃,the xylanase rate of recoveries and activity were 53.6%,1169IU/g dry matter in freeze-dry zymine and 29.1%,646IU/g dry matter in dry zymine, the CMCase rate of recoveries and activity were 53.2%,176IU/g dry matter in freeze-dry zymine and 21.3%,79IU/g dry matter in dry zymine.
