The task of this paper was to simulate the all-process of the PVC equipment.The feature of this process were that the process complicated , the mass of unit equipment, be short of the data base and the system have the intensive imperfection. Through thorough research of PVC production installment, we build the theory models of each unit plant.But the simulation problem of the real production process is great different from the initial-value problem of the ordinary differential equation group. The general ordinary differential equations have no any control and disturbance from anybody after be fixed the initial value. The simulation problem of the real chemical engineering process is that continually add the control behave and interferential impact to the solving process of the dynamic model. Therefore, the dynamic simulation of the model is in fact a process of dynamic solution based on new initial conditions, according to the influence of control and disruption. The solution of model is transferred from a solution curve to another in the solution set, based on real time disturbance. This kind of behavior is the real incarnate of the process dynamic disciplinary. Aim at the nature of problem, we solved the mathematical model by the way of tracking approximation and build the cell module of the each unit plant.The difficulty of the all-process simulation is how to solve the counting sequential problem. We used the Sequential Modular Method to solve this problem, and got the very well effect.The whole simulation process is good to reflect the running conditions of equipment in the case of starting and stopping and operations under normal and abnormal conditions .The simulation results not only provided foundation for operators to analyse production process, but also provided technic workers with referential materials to develop potential and to make further improvement.
