This paper introduces domestic, foreign development and research on clamp unit in injection molding machine and heat transfer technology, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed further. Clamp unit including the toggle mould-clamping mechanism and hydraulic mould-clamping mechanism is firstly analyzed by virtual prototype technique in the clamp-unit field. Simulation process in ADAMS environment is described and the simulation results are analyzed. The results show that virtual prototype technique provides an effective method for the optimization of the structure parameters of clamp unit and process conditions.Based on the simulation results of toggle mould-clamping mechanism and hydraulic mould-clamping mechanism, adaptive clamp unit of precision injection molding machine is put forward to meet precision injection molding machine's special requirements to clamp unit. Structure and adaptive principle of adaptive clamp unit is introduced and is proved that adaptive clamp unit can dispel it's influence on injected-part's quality and improve the precision of the products markedly.Combined precision injection-molded parts with heat transfer enhancement, modeling of heat transfer enhancement and self-cleaning tube with rotors is put forward for the first time to find a technology with heat transfer enhancement and self-cleaning by rotors. Firstly, energy conservation principle of the modeling is introduced. Then experiments about heat transfer enhancement and self-cleaning characteristics are carried out. Finally, an industrial test including heat transfer and self-cleaning experiments is processed on a 50MW thermoelectric generating set. The results proved that the technology has excellent working characteristics and is more appropriate for improvement of condenser performance.The results show that the technology of heat transfer enhancement and self-cleaning by rotors has excellent dynamic characteristics, effective heat transfer enhancement and self-cleaning. Under certain flow conditions, heat coefficient increases to 169% and the ability of cleaning out dust increases by 100% when compared with a heat transfer enhancement pipe with rotors and a bare pipe. Industrial test done on a 50MW thermoelectric generating set indicates condenser vacuum increases by 2.97kPa,coal consumption decreases by 5.049g/(kW ? h) and saving water decreases above 9.8%.After 6000h operation for Steam Power Unit, heat transfer tubes of condenser A have been cleaned for many times and fouling has not existed in heat transfer tubes of condenser B.
