鈽匢n this paper, the performances of desulfurization and decreasing olefin in gasoline was mainly studied using ionic liquid, solid acid and the multiple compound of ionic liquid and solid acid as catalysts.鈽匜irstly, the ionic liquids of alkyl imidazolium such as [BMIm]Br銆?[BMIm]SbF6 was synthesized with the microwave method.Their IR spectrums and physicochemical properties were characterized. The results of orthogonal experiments showed that the appropriate conditions are on [BMIm]Br synthesis showed that the appropriate conditions of the synthesis of [BMIm]Br were the microwave power 500w,the mol ratio of N-Methylimidazol and 1-Bromobutane 1.5, the reaction temperature 80鈩?the reaction time 1.5hr. The results of FT-IR showed that the synthesized ionic liquid was the typical alkyl imidazolium ionic liquid. The density of [BMIm]SbF6 was much bigger than other ionic liquid, It was hydrophobic. But the multiple compounds of [BMIm]Br to ZnCl2, FeCl3 or CuCl3 were easily deliquescent in water. The result quantum chemical calculation indicated that the dipole moment and the stable combining energy of [BMIm]SbF6 were bigger than BMIm]Br. The stable combining energy of [BMIm]SbF6 and thiophene was much bigger than themselves. This confirmed the extracting function of [BMIm]SbF6 to thiophene. The experimental results showed that the desulfurization(DS) capability of [BMIm]SbF6 was good to the simulative gasoline(SG),but its capability of decreasing olefin(DO) was limited. The results of orthogonal experiments with [BMIm]SbF6 indicated that the suited conditions to the desulfurizatio of SG were reaction time 90min, the mass ratio of catalyst and oil 0.25, reaction temperature 90鈩?鈽匰econdly, the SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared with the impregnating method. The results of NH-TPD characterization and the experiments of DS&DO to SG showed that the fitting conditions to the preparation of SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3 were H2SO4 concentration 1.5M, calcining temperature 550鈩? calcining time 4hr; the conditions to be suitable for DO and DS were the mass ratio of catalyst and oil 0.25, reaction temperature 90鈩?鈽匱hirdly, heterogeneous phosphowolframic acid(HPW) and supported HPW were prepared. The characterizing results of FT-IR and XRD indicated that the Keggin structure of HPW was typical. The results of NH3-TPD showed that the total acid quantity of HPW/SiO2-Al2O3 was 0.454mmol/g and its middling acid content was bigger in the supported HPW catalysts. The results of the experiments indicated the capability of HPW on DO to SG was distinct, but unobvious on DS. The capability of HPW/SiO2-Al2O3 on DS was better than HPW, but worse on DO.鈽匜ourthly, the results of the experiments showed that there were better capabilities on DO and DS to SG with the ion exchange resin (IER). The suitable reaction conditions were the mass ratio of catalyst and oil 0.15, reaction time 90min, reaction temperature 110鈩? The ratios of DS and DO could be come to about 30% and 20% respectively.鈽匜ifthly, the characterizing results revealed that there was the best capability on DS and DO about the ILSb/(SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3) catalyst in a group of multiple catalysts. Its suitable reaction conditions to SG were the mass ratio of ILSb and (SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3) 2/3, the mass ratio of catalyst and oil 0.15, the reaction temperature 90鈩? the reaction time 90min.Its highest ratios of DS and DO were separately about 28.0% and 8.1% .鈽匰ixthly, the reaction results of DS and DO to FCC gasoline indicated on above catalysts indicate that there was the best capability of DS on the ILSb/IER and its ratio of DS could be reached about 16.5%. The capability of the ILSb/(SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3) catalysts on DS and DO was very outstanding. Its ratios of DS and DO to FCC gasoline were respectively about 15.3% and 10.0%.鈽匰eventhly, the operating lives of ILSb/(SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3) and ILSb/IER were tested on DS and DO of FCC gasoline. The results showed that the life of the former was much better than the latter. When it was used secondly, its capabilities of DS and DO kept still at higher levels.鈽匢n conclusion, by means of the synthesis, the characterization, the calculation of molecular structure, the reaction evaluation of DS and DO, we got the multiple catalyst prepared with the ion liquid and the solid acid, on which there were better capabilities of DS and DO. It was the [BMIm]SbF6-SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst. We acquired the suitable conditions of synthesis and reaction about the catalyst in addition. There would be the significance on the theoretics and the practical application for above studies.
