The sources,characterstics and present treatment technology of high concentrated sulfate Riboflavin production wastewater were generalized in this paper.By the study of the wastewater characteratics,a sulfate reducing phase+methane producing phase + biodesulrization + CASS process had been detelminated.Meanwhile,the sludge inoculum,start-up,operation and control,efiece factors were investigated.In addition,the abnormal phenomena of operation and economic and technical indices of this project were analysed.The experimentaI restilts demonstrated that:(1)Sulfate redticing phase+methane producing phase+biodestilfurization+CASS process for treating high sulfate content wastewater was feasible,effective and economical,its effluent can meet the required effluent stalldards;(2)By means of controlling the effece factors in anaerobic process,it was feasible to reuse aerobic activated sludge to enforce anaerobic process;(3)Sulfate reducing phase+methane prodticing phase+biodesulfurization+CASS process to treat this wastewater was stabile and high efficient,and this process can generate energy.
