In this paper the dynamic non-linear explicit finite element theory is investigated systematically ,which includes material models,element algorithm and contact algorithm etc. The finite element methods of stamping simulation are developed and a deep research regarding the selection of parameters is made during the process of simulation, on base of them, uniform design method is applied to simulate the stamping for automobile panel.â‘ .The non-linear finite element theory for autobady panel forming simulation is systematically expounded and discussed. And introduces body panel stamping dynamic simulation of the key technologies, such as material model, the geometric model, Finite element method, contact and friction, the original blank, and die and process parameters. Overview of these technologies in the field of research progress.â‘¡Study of the finite element inverse algorithm in the original blank status optimization, trimming line on the confirmation of the application, and compared with experimental results.â‘¢The FE modeling methods of stamping simulation are studied, and the actual handling methods based on the software the paper use are discussed.Parameters in the simulation of sheet metal forming are studied, which include Die Gap, material models and Virtual parameters etc. And based on the comparament with experimental data, some basic principles on rational selection of these parameters are proposed.â‘£A certain type of car panel and NumiSheet 2005 benclunark B are carried out and the results are discussed.
