With the development of the technics of anaerobic digestion, the reactor of Anaerobic has been used worldwide. At the same time, the research of the reactor model has got lots development. Until now, the model of anaerobic gradually differentiated into two main form: the white box structural model and the black box blur model. Thereinto, ADM1 and the Andrews model is the representation of white box model, and the neural network model is the representation of black box model.We can see that both model can get well result of the modeling of anaerobic system.but the anaerobic system is a multivariable, strong correlative, strong non-linear and extreme complicated system, the conventional method exist some shortage and limitation, such as the complication of getting parameters, the complexity of the structure, and the great load of upgrading and simplifying of model of the structural model. According to the system analyzing of the conventional method, combining with the newest study evolvement of anaerobic digestion, we introduced the way of system dynamic to simulate the reactor of anaerobic digestion.On the basis of partition theory,the study adopted the qualitative way and the quantificational way, integrated with black box model,white box model,and the gray box model to construct the SD variety model of anaerobic digestion system(APVM).The result content and achievement as follows:We studied the basic dynamic of anaerobic digestion using table function, and brought forward using Monod equation together with table function to simulate the inhibition dynamic, and unify the form of inhibition dynamic. Accordingly, we achieved a simple method to simulate complicated system, reduced the number of parameters, kept all information, and simplified the structure of model.On the basic of system dynamic, we suggested using qualitative analyzing with the quantificational simulation to construct the model of anaerobic digestion. We concluded three basic modes between things, and put forward the model adapt to the relationship between systems.This establish foundation of the partitional modeling. On the basic of qualitative analysis, we first bring forward the theory of partition modeling.Using the anaerobic digestion reactor which fed by dextrose as the object of study, We construct 3 basic functional blocks of the system.The result shows that model which based on partition theory can apply different calculation way to different blocks, simplify the structural of model, and easy to upgrade.According to the problem of static parameters, we put forward 3 different self-adjust methods, and chose the best one for the anaerobic model.At the same time, we made effort to study the model including bio-reaction and flow pattern, and do some study of the implement in SD model.On the basic of partitional modeling,according to the up to date evolvement of anaerobic digestion, consulting the structural pattern of ADM1,we divided the anaerobic system into 5 blocks,and constructed the integrated model of anaerobic digestion.We first combine the calculation way of black box,white box,and the gray box in one model.And suggest applying different data disposal way to different blocks.The result of modeling shows that the model based on partitional theory can greatly simplify the structural of model,reduce the amount of calculation, and have well extend character.
