Due to the pollution of the three wastes caused by the industry, thenatural conditions and the using of agricultural chemicals contain heavymetal, the contamination of heavy metal in many agricultural products isincreasingly prominent. It induces the enrichment of some metallicelements content in the food chain, meanwhile the constant elementdetection is the mean to gain the foundmental information of theagricultural product under different conditions including the varieties, thegrowth period and the growth environment.This article takes the different agricultural products as the researchobject. The indutive coupling plasma atom emission spectrum (ICP-AES)was used to analysis the metallic elements content of K, Na, Ca, Mg,Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Cr, Ba, As, Ni in the different agricultural products. The national standard matter corn and the tea was used toconfirm the accuracy, the precision and the sensitivity of the method.The reciaim-ratio is between 80-120%. The limited scope of inspection:0.05μg/kg (Mg)—1000μg/kg (As), the method accuracy is 80-120%, theaverage accuracy(RSD%)<10%. This method is simple, precise andfast. The result is satisfied.
