As a new domestic fuel, dimethylether(DME)has a lot of excellent physical and chemical properties.and the performance of DME is similar with liquefied petroleum gas. DME fuel manufactured by natural gas or coal. is a benefical supplement to petroleum resources. and it can solve the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution,which has great influence on economy and strategy to our country.DME is produced by gasified methanol dehydration process.The study on the kinetics of direct DME synthesis provides important parameters to the process design.The kinetic model of DME synthesis from gasified methanol dehydration method over XAD-101 catalyst was measured in a fixed single string reactor. And the verification of the kinetic model was done on the industry side line.The details are given as follow:A rapid and precise GC analysis method for the DME system was developed with hydrogen flame detector(FID),thermal conductivity detector(TCD) and POLT-Q columns.and the sampling operation in the industry equipment was standard.The basic performance of XAD-101 catalyst was measuredThe kinetic data of DME synthesis from gasified methanol dehydration method over XAD-101 catalyst was measured in a improve fixed single string reactor,in the conditions of 220~400℃of temperature,3.43~41.68ml/g.h of space velocity.and the effect factors to the reaction was analysed.The hyperbolic type intrinsic kinetic model was established by Langmiur uniform adsorption theory.The parameters of DME synthesis reaction rate equation were correlated by experimental data. The equation isThe maximum deviation by the model is 12.86%,and the maximum minus deviation is 12.43%.The average deviation is 4.9%Pilot-scale experiments were done by cold tube reator.The compositions of the total reactor were measured in the conditions of 170~205℃of methanol entrance temperature, 180~225kg/h of flow.The results show that the optimum technical condition is 180~190℃of row material entrance temperature, 220~250kg/h of flow.
