Through the collecting card, which is a kind of image card directly get picture from CCD into display memory, the result of image processing can obtain the offset value between welding seam and welding torch., and pass it to the controller of system, then the controller send signal to control the move of welding torch, at last, the perform machine dose it to achieve the purpose of welding seam automatic tracking.Had designed and made the laser vision sensor base on the method of fabric light, use Visual C++6.0 to analyses and process the original picture on the flat of Windows2000 system, include the buildup of picture, binary thresholding, figure distill, center line distill and so on, in that process deal it with Adding Windows technique. Had designed the system of control in Automatic Tracking System of Welding Seam, and simulate the system in computer with MATLAB, study the emulational system of Automatic Tracking System of Welding Seam, found the numerical value of adjust gene and proportion gene in the fuzzy logic controller, ascertained the threshold of controller which has two double model control method. Designed several experimentation to test the response speed and precision of the system. Including wielding and non-wielding automatic track experimentation.
