All the oil fields considered to protect the oil formation, according to his oil formation character, they studied and used kinds of fracturing fluid baseing on water. Polyacrylamide fracturing fluid was used more and more by most oil fields because its friction factor was little, it is no residue after broken, the damage on the oil-gas layer was very little. But polyacrylamide has also many shortcomings , such as bad shear stability, the lower salt-resistant sensitivity,no temperature resistance. So we must draw into the other basic group to improve its function. On the basis of the researching for acrylamide derivatives, we synthesize methylene polyacrylamide(PHMP)with synthesized acrylamide monomer and methylene - bis - acrylamide (MBA). We improve the methylene polyacrylamide(PHMP)to develop the new derivatives: partially hydrolyzed hydroxymethyl methylene polyacrylamide (HMP). The best conditions of the synthesis process were select. The temperature scope was expanded with crosslinking technology and secondary crosslinking technologies. HMP fracturing fluid temperature can be extended to 90℃~150℃and has better shear stability than PHMP under high temperature condition.Analyzing the construction effect, HMP fracturing fluid has a series of good performance. Most wells have apparate yield effect. Some even have industrial oil flow. HMP fracturing fluid is artificial polymer and has good temperature resistance. It guarantees that polymer fracturing fluid has a new temperature field.
