This text system studies the structure and function relations of whole densitypolybutene-1(PB-1),including the relation between isotacticity and property and therelations between molecular weight and property. The polarized light microscope anddifferential scanning calorimetric measurement indicate:the lawer the isotacticity thehighter the crystallinity and the better the splerical crystal.The number of crystallinityeffects the properties of PB-1,with the decresaing of crystallinity, the tensilestrength,thermal,density and hardness all enhance.So the material of PB-1 can have theextensive application.The lawer the molecular weight the highter the crystallinity andthe better the splerical crystal;The crystallinity effects the properties of PB-1,generallyspeaking, with the decresaing of molecular weight, the tensile strength,thermal,densityand hardness all enhance.For the first time We investigated the transformation from Formâ…¡to Formâ… from chain structure(isotacticity) aspect at room temperature, microscope and IR resultindicates that the ratio of crystallization and the ratio of transformation from Formâ…¡to Formâ… are affected by isotacticity, the lower of isotacticity the slower ofrate.Besides the crystallization time of Formâ…¡and the transformation time aretogether the reason.Iso-polybutene-1 is called "plastic gold",has well resisting creep and cracks andgood tenacity, so be considered as the best materials for hot water tube.Currently, onlyBasell and have the iso-polybutene-1 expecially for hot water tube.But production'sprice is much expensive than PP-R and PEX of the similar use.And two businessenterprises have established alliance in the Chinese market to control China market,sothe price of PB pipe in China is much more expensive than other countries.Our laboratory develops the synthesis technology of i-PB independently, synthesizing approperity material of i-PB to make hotwater pipe.This text studies theantioxidant and nucleation used in i-PB.The processing thermo stability test indicatedthat: the best component of 1010 is 0.3phr;and DLTP joined can enhance the protectioneffect largly. The persistent effect thermo stability indicated that:protection effect alongwith the quantity of 1010 joined increaseing to enhance.Through the experiment weknow that in the i-PB preventing heat oxygen aging process,the antioxidant 1010 andassistance antioxidant DLTP have the good coordination effection.Mult 920 is aeffective nucleat for i-PB.When Mult 920 joined 1.5phr, the function could attain orexcess PB0100...
