The fluorosis created the multi- organs damage, and the anemia is a manifest of fluorosis. Todiscuss the anemia theory caused by high fluorine, Replicated sub-chronic fluorosis zebrafish assubjects, and detected ultrastructure of kidney, level of hemopoiesic gene Pu.1, cdx4, GATA-1mRNA expression, and antioxidant Indexes Sod1,GSH-px mRNA expression. Study on effects offluorine on the hemopoiesic genes of zebrafish, and moreover elaborate the anemia mechanism onthe view of genes. The results showed as follows:1.To determine LC50 of zebrafish with fluorosis. LC50 for 24h, 48h,72h and 96h were 466.2,368.1, 279.7 and 241.1mg/L, the credibility interval of it were 391.4-555.4, 316.3-428.3,234.8-333.2, 207.2-280.6 mg/L, Fluorine is a kind of low toxicity.2. The fluorine affected to the zebrafish kidney biomembrane by observation of kidneyultrastructure.3. High fluorine caused hemopoiesic gene Pu.1 mRNA expression increased, cdx4 andGATA-1 mRNA expression q reduced, prompts the fluorine possibly influence hematopoiesisthrough the gene regulation way.4. High fluorine influenced the level of Sod1, gsh2 mRNA expression, showed that fluorineresulted to anemia through oxidized damage.
