In this article, micro-TS-1 samples were synthesized by using tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) solution as the template, ethylamine as alkali source, silica sol as Si source and titanium tetrachloride(TiCl4) as Ti source. The micro-TS-1 were modified by tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH), sodium hydroxide, ammonia water, sodium carbonate and water. The modification conditions were investigated, including modification time, modification temperature and the ratio of micro-TS-1 and modification agent. The activity of the TS-1 samples were evaluated by using the ammoxidation of methyl ethyl ketone and phenol hydroxylation as the test reaction. The results show that all of the modification agents above have great effect to the micro-TS-1, the conversion of the methyl ethyl ketone rises from 63%to 99%.The TS-1 samples before and after modification were characterized by TEM, SEM, UV-Vis, XRD, IR and N2 adsorption. The results showed that the framework of TS-1 was not changed obviously after modified by TPAOH and H2O, but both their, adsorption isotherms and pore distribution had some difference, after medication some caves appeared inside the zeolites. The pore which dimeter was between 1.5 nm to 2 nm appeared. The optimal modification conditions of TPAOH were as follows: 100 g TS-1: 0.15 mol TPAOH: 60 mol H2O, modification temperature 170℃, modification time 48h. The optimal modification conditions of H2O were as follows: 100 g TS-1: 30 mol H2O, modification temperature 170℃, modification time 48h. The optimal modification conditions of NaOH were as follows: 1 g TS-1: 30 ml NaOH (0.05 mol/L), modification temperature 170℃, modification time 5h. The optimal modification conditions of Na2CO3 were as follows: 1g TS-1: 30 ml Na2CO3(0.2 mol/L), modification temperature 170℃, modification time 5h. The optimal modification conditions of NH3·H2O were as follows: 1 g TS-1: 30 ml NH3·H2O, modification temperature 170℃, modification time 12h.
