In the thesis, nano-ZnO was prepared by one-method combining with the structureproperty of ion-exchange resin and the theory of uniformity precipitation with cationexchange resins and calcium hydroxide as raw materials. Nano-ZnO was prepared at optimaltemperature and time, and it was characterized by chemical titration method, differentialthermal balance, SEM, XRD, FTIR and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. When other conditions weren't changed, the temperature and time were respectivelychanged. It was confirmed that 60℃is optimal temperature and 16h is optimal time toprepare nano-ZnO.As-prepared nano-ZnO was characterized. SEM showed that nano-ZnO is one-dimensionclubbed structure, and the ratio of length and diameter is more than 10:1. XRD showed thatthe product has good crystallization property and its purity is higher, and its diameter is25.3nm through Scherrer formula. UV-Vis property showed that the product has more strongultraviolet absorption and visible transmission. IR spectrum showed the product issurface-modificative. In addition, the producing rate of product was analysized and theproduct has photocatalysis experiment. The mechanisms of preparing nano-ZnO by reactive ion-exchange method werediscussed from the structure property of ion-exchange resin, the theory of uniformityprecipitation, mechanochemistry and thermodynamics. While nano-ZnO was prepared, an outgrowth-CaSO4 whiskers were also obtained. Thelength of product is 10-30μm, and the dirmeter of product is 1-4μm. EDX showed thecomposing of product is close to one of anhydrous CaSO4, and the outgrowth is withantibacterial property. The reactive ion-exchange method by which nano-ZnO had been prepared had manyadvantages such as simple equipment, convenient operation, cleanness and protectingenvironment. At the same time the purity of as-prepared nano-ZnO was higher and it didn'tneed to wash, which inaugurated a new channel for the preparation of nano-ZnO. The methodwas a better method to prepare other inorganic nano-materials.
