The effect of various parameters on Sludge Dewater ability, the stability and structureof sludge colloid in magnetic treatment for sewage sludge was investigated. Taking use ofcentrifugation machine, electron microscope, zeta potential instrument to research theeffect of Specific Resistance Filtration (SRF), zeta potential, dehydration capability ofcentrifugation, absorption capability in magnetic field totally, and then, the reason of theseeffect and the effect of magnetic with sludge structure was analyzed; micro mechanism ofmagnetic was assumed.The optimal parameter was sure for magnetic to SRF, which are 0.44T(magneticintensity) and 30min (magnetic time), there is different optimal magnetic intensity todehydration capability of centrifugation(0.44T in vertical field, 0.39T in parallel field); Inmagnetic field it is disciplinary that COD and NH4+ can be increased in short time and thenreducing to invadableness (the most extent of COD increase is up to 60%, NH4+only to15% in vertical field; the most extent of COD increase is up to 40%, NH4+ to 140%); zetapotential of sludge was greatly influenced for magnetic field(the most extent of reducing isup to 46.5%), but little for SRF; it is remarkable to improve the flocculation capability ofiron ionic (up to 4%) to testify magnetic can intensity the flocculation capability of ironionic.This study can enrich magnetic theory, extend the application field of magnetic inenvironmental engineering, the application of magnetic in sludge treatment and pollutionremove is helpful to boost, create the new field in magnetic.
